I hope that everyone is ready or almost for our trip tomorrow. Don't forget the time change today and set your alarms for early, early tomorrow. We will pull out by 6:00am, so we need everyone there and boarded by 5:45am. The buses will line up in the same location as the school buses do, so please don't park along Oakview Ave. Students should check in with me and get their snack bags.
Reminders BE SURE THAT YOUR CHILD CAN CARRY ALL HIS/HER OWN ITEMS - PACK WELL!
1) Bring all your own bedding/toiletries - this includes pillows (keep with you on the bus), sleeping bag (you can bring blankets instead if you don't have a sleeping bag, sheet (to cover the plastic mattress cover), towels, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.
2) Bring an old pair of shoes or rain boots to wear in the marsh. May want to also bring a garbage bag to put "used" clothes in after we are at the marsh!
3) Bring a water bottle.
4) Bring a rain jacket. There is a 50% chance of rain on Tuesday. NO umbrellas.
5) LABEL EVERYTHING, especially jackets and sweatshirts, because they will be left laying around.
6) DON'T BRING any electronics, including phones, games, & cameras. Students can bring disposable cameras (label them).
7) DON'T BRING any food items. Food is not allowed in the dorms and we don't have space to store it.
