5th Grade School Supply List

• 3 packs sharpened  #2 pencils
• 2 small pencil sharpeners
• 1 pack of pencil erasers
• 2-3 spiral notebooks with 3 holes
• 1 RED PLASTIC three pronged folder (for MUSIC)
• 1 PURPLE PLASTIC three pronged folder (for SPANISH)
• 4 packs wide ruled notebook paper
• 3 composition notebooks
• 1 pack of multi-color Expo or Whiteboard markers
• 1 pack of Sharpies
• 1 pack of Fine-point Sharpies
• 2 highlighter pens
• 3 packs post-it notes
• 3 packs 3x5 note cards
• Lysol/Clorox wipes (A-M last names at the beginning of the year*)
• Paper towel roll (A-M last names at the beginning of the year*)
• Tissues (N-Z last names at the beginning of the year*)
• Hand Sanitizer  (N-Z last names at the beginning of the year*)

NOTES:

*Tissue and paper towel roll will be requested again after winter break!

Each teacher may also have specific items for their classroom that will be requested during the first week of school.

Supplies for Music

• New students to CSD bring $5 for a recorder (also applies to students who lost recorder issued last year)
• 5 sharpened pencils
• 1  RED plastic 2 pocket, 3 prong folder
