Can you believe it? We are down to our last TWO weeks of school!  

(And just in case your child believes differently, we are working up until the last day of school!)

Today students worked on analyzing the vivid language and its effects in literature.  My second flex group finished the second section of the book and they are on track for finishing Son by the end of the year!

During studies we began discussing how the assassinations of John F. Kennedy, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Robert Kennedy affected Americans at that time.  We will complete that lesson tomorrow.
