ELA - Mr. Zimbardo taught another grammar lesson about conjunctions and prepositions while I taught a math lesson to his class. Students will have their grammar assessment this Friday.
Math - Mrs. Washington worked with a small group and I focused on the metric system. Students reviewed their past notes about the power of 10 and we discussed what types of things would be measured by which unit (long distances= kilometers, hair = centimeters, etc...) Students also had their closing discussion about the inquiry we did yesterday. Their math homework consisted of the metric worksheet and their inquiry reflection.
Social Studies - Mrs. Welchel taught an inquiry lesson about WWII leaders. Tomorrow each group will share the information they found about their chosen leader.
I will be sending a Tybee email and writing a Tybee blog post tomorrow and it will include any last minute details. As always, feel free to text, call, or email me with any questions.
